We had the opportunity a few weeks ago to meet up with some of our past NNSS F&R members. Omar Bikle and Christian Cutolo showed up to our live burn training about ten years ago as Explorers from the City of Las Vegas FD. They jumped right in helping us load hose and clean out the burn house. We hired both of them shortly after. They have moved on to other departments since and have made new careers. It was awesome seeing where they are at today.

The kids at Will Beckley ES are awesome! Santa, Mrs. Clause and the grinch had so much fun meeting them and giving them some toys! It was nice meeting up with Mrs. Dwyer and her 2nd grade students at Edythe and Lloyd Katz ES. We were able to get a picture of her and her husband John Dwyer who helped collect and distribute a lot of the toys. Awesome people doing awesome things!

We had an exciting day at Edythe and Lloyd Katz ES. Santa, Mrs. Clause and the Grinch made a grand entrance with the Firefighters of Southern Nevada Burn Foundation. Special thanks goes out to Doug Rierson, Brian Juliussen and John Dwyer from NNSS F&R for helping get the toys out to the kids!
